Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the site collects and why, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

What data we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for alerts. It is used only to send updates about the case. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Your theme preference (light or dark) and language choice. They are stored only in your browser and are not sent to anyone.
• Visit statistics, if enabled. We only use tools that count visits without cookies and without identifying you, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or GoatCounter.
• Technical access logs. The hosting service records data such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

Ads and cookies

If the site shows Google ads, Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalization at adssettings.google.com and learn more in How Google uses cookies in advertising.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. Email addresses are stored with the hosting and email services used by the site, only for the purpose described above.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from alerts, by writing to contato@danielvorcaro.com.br. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link.
